             Play Groups

Saugus CFCE sponsors playgroups at the Saugus Public Library each week! These playgroups are geared to help assist families as they are their child's first teacher.  The activities focus mainly on literacy, but also encompass fine motor, stem, cooperative play, and social development.   

Monday :
2 Year Old Play Group from 9:30 to 10:30
3 Yearo Old Play Group from 10:30 to 11:30
4 Year Old Play Group from 9:30 to 10:30
Infant Play Group from 9:30 to 10:30

Full S.T.E.A.M. Ahead

Full S.T.E.A.M. Ahead (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) are weekly family activities sponsored by the SaugusCFCE that are directly related to the Department of Education Common Core Curriculum. Families with Children of all ages (Birth to school age) are encouraged to drop in and explore these activities at the Saugus Public Library!


Mondays 3:30 - 4:30

  Countdown to Kindergarten 2020


This class time and date TBD.Children will explore different Literacy, Art, Science, Building, Writing, Math, Fine Motor,Gross Motor and Pretend Play materials and activities. 

This is a drop-in playgroup at the Saugus Public Library.

Parents are required to stay with children

Participation is limited to 15 children
